How it works
The learning flow is built; checkout remains closed until its delivery and payment checks pass.
- 1Choose your product when checkout opensSumUp Hosted Checkout is integrated, but checkout is currently closed while secure account-access email is configured and sandbox testing is completed. No payment is available yet.
- 2Verified payment controls accessThe application is designed to open account access only after server-side payment confirmation. This customer journey has not yet passed a real SumUp sandbox test.
- 3Your account access is tied to your purchaseThe course is not an attachment; it lives in your account. Purchase confirmation and sign-in email delivery are being configured before checkout opens.
- 4You work through it at your own paceOnce account access is available under the approved terms, work through modules and topic tests at your own pace, or practise with a fault-finding scenario.
- 5Your progress and scores are savedEvery module you read, every test score and every scenario report is stored against your account. Your best score is the one kept, so retaking a test can only help you. Topics you get wrong are collected so you can see where the gaps actually are.
- 6You come back whenever you likeNo password to forget. Enter your purchase email on the Login page to request a sign-in link. If email delivery is not configured, the page will say so and no message will be sent.
What the fault-finding simulator actually does
It is not a video and it is not a quiz. You are given a customer complaint and a situation, and you decide what to do: isolate or not, which test, where to test, and what the reading means. The simulator preview demonstrates only the decision flow. Scenario readings and recommendations remain subject to competent-person review.
The public preview demonstrates only a generic decision flow. Scenario outcomes, readings, scoring and recommendations remain subject to competent-person review and are not presented here as approved electrical guidance. The full simulator details will be described after that review is complete.
